Hay Day Neighborhood : Limited member of 20. If you don't use Facebook and you want to add friends on game. We suggest you to use neighborhood chat house for friends. You are allow to add friends only if you are the leader and at least level 29.
Search neighbor : You can search your friend through search option. You can join any neighborhood who has less than 20 member on the house and says Anyone can join.
